Every thresholddeserves to bemet gently.

Workshops, gatherings and individual support around menstruation, pregnancy, birth, motherhood and menopause — held with care, honesty and warmth.

There are times in a woman's life when the body changes, familiar ground shifts, and something new asks to be understood.

Women's Den makes space for education, conversation, bodywork and shared experience at these times — to learn, ask questions, prepare, rest, and meet what is changing at your own pace.

Three thresholds. A place to meet each one with care.

Irida, founder of Women's Den

A word from Irida

"I founded Women's Den because understanding what is happening in our bodies, and having space to orient and express, matters."

Irida Hysenbelli is a Rite of Passage Doula and the founder of Women's Den. Her work grew from years in education, coaching and embodied practice — and from a simple belief: the great transitions of a woman's life deserve knowledge, care and community.

A small circle of women gathered on cushions

Women's Circle

Every two weeks, a small group of women gathers in Schiedam. For two hours, we put down some of the roles and demands of everyday life and make space to share, listen, move and simply be with other women.

The circle is shaped by the women who come and is open to you whether you join us once or return regularly.

Every two weeks · Tuesdays · 19:15–21:15 · Schiedam · €10 · Next circle: Tuesday 8 September
