These Terms & Conditions apply when you book or purchase a service directly from Women's Den.

Information about each offering, including its price, duration, format and what is included, is provided on the relevant page before booking.

A booking becomes confirmed when the required payment has been successfully completed or, where an invoice or separate agreement is used, according to the arrangements stated in that agreement.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or through the booking provider used for a particular service. Women's Den does not receive or store your full card or bank-payment details.

Prices shown to consumers are the total price payable unless clearly stated otherwise.

Workshops and circles may have limited capacity and are booked for a particular date or programme.

Please check the date, time and other practical information before completing your booking.

If you need to cancel or change your place, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

Women's Den offers one-to-one support around experiences including motherhood and the menopause transition.

The work may include conversation, reflection and gentle somatic inquiry. It can have a clear direction without following a fixed agenda and remains responsive to what emerges through the work.

Women's Den does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment or emergency or crisis services. Where appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek support from a suitably qualified healthcare or other professional.

The Menopause programme includes four 90-minute sessions intended to take place over four months.

This gives the work continuity while leaving space between sessions. You are encouraged to use all four sessions within this period.

If illness or an unexpected circumstance makes that difficult, please get in touch. A short extension may be considered where appropriate.

Thai massage is offered as supportive bodywork and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

Before your appointment, please let Irida know about any health condition, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or postpartum concern, or other circumstance that may affect whether massage is appropriate.

If there is reason to believe massage would not be appropriate or safe on the day, the session may be adapted, postponed or not proceed.

If Women's Den cannot safely provide the massage, another date or an appropriate refund will be offered.

School workshops are arranged directly with the school.

The agreed format, date, location, number of participants, price, practical responsibilities and payment arrangements will be confirmed separately with the school.

The school remains responsible for its pupils and safeguarding procedures during the workshop. If a safeguarding concern arises, Women's Den will follow the agreed school safeguarding procedure and liaise with the appropriate designated member of staff.

School bookings are business-to-business arrangements and may be subject to a separate booking agreement.

Different cancellation arrangements apply to workshops, programmes, individual appointments and school bookings.

Nothing in these Terms or in the Cancellation & Refund Policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

For some purchases made online, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within a cooling-off period.

There are also statutory exceptions, including certain services booked for a specific date or period. Whether the statutory right applies therefore depends on the service purchased. ACM specifically identifies services for which a date or period is agreed, including event tickets, among the exceptions.

Your statutory rights exist independently of any additional cancellation or transfer options voluntarily offered by Women's Den.

Where a statutory cooling-off period applies and you ask Women's Den to begin providing the service during that period, you may be asked to give explicit agreement before the service begins.

Where required by law, you will also be informed about payment for services already provided and about circumstances in which the right of withdrawal may end after the service has been fully performed.

Women's Den aims to create thoughtful and respectful spaces. You remain responsible for your own choices, participation and wellbeing.

You are encouraged to work within your own physical and emotional limits and to seek appropriate professional or medical support when something falls outside the scope of Women's Den.

Written materials, workshop resources, exercises and publications supplied by Women's Den are for the personal use of the participant unless otherwise agreed.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, taught, published or used commercially without permission.

Separate arrangements may apply to materials supplied to schools or other organisations.

If Women's Den cancels a paid service that cannot be provided, you will be offered an appropriate replacement date or a refund.

If an event is rescheduled and the new date does not work for you, you may request a refund.

Women's Den will provide its services with reasonable care.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

If a concern arises, please contact Women's Den first so that we can try to resolve it together.
