Women's Den handles your information the way it holds its circles — quietly, carefully, and only for the purpose you gave it for. This page explains, in plain language, what is collected on this website and why.
Who we are
Women's Den is the practice of Irida Hysenbelli, based in Schiedam, the Netherlands. For anything on this page — or any question about your information — you can always write to contactirida@gmail.com.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message — used only to reply to you.
Newsletter: your email address — used only to send the slow letter, about once a month.
Workshop and circle bookings: your name, email address, optional phone number and the date and ticket you choose — used to administer your booking, confirm your place and send you practical information and a reminder.
Waiting list: your email address and the workshop you choose — used only to write to you if a place opens.
Payments — Stripe
Paid workshop and circle bookings are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by Women's Den. We receive a payment confirmation and the details needed for our administration, such as your name, email address and the amount paid.
Scheduling — TidyCal
Introductory calls and one-to-one sessions are scheduled via TidyCal. The details you enter there are processed by TidyCal under their own privacy policy; we receive your name, email address and chosen time.
Email delivery — Resend
Confirmations, reminders and the slow letter are delivered via Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is shared with them only for delivering those messages.
Analytics — PostHog
We use PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used — which pages are visited and where people pause. This helps us improve the site. No advertising profiles are built and no data is sold.
How we use your information
Only for what you gave it for: replying to your message, administering your booking, sending the letters you asked for, and meeting the legal and tax administration duties of a small practice. Your information is never sold, and never shared beyond the services listed on this page.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept as long as needed for our care and administration, and no longer than the law requires. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe — every letter contains an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use — just email contactirida@gmail.com and it will be taken care of. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
