Join a community of new mums and their babies to support your transition into a new life.

This is suitable for women from 6 weeks of delivery up to 7 months after. Please bring a small blanket to put on the yoga mat for your baby to lie on when needed and whatever you need for the baby.

The dates for this circle are: Mondays on  9, 16, 23, 30 March and 6, 13 April from 10.30 to 12.30.
