Women's Circle Gathering in Schiedam
We meet every two weeks on Tuesdays from 18.30 to 21.00
We share where we are in ourselves and hear others without needing to fix or offer advice. The act of feeling and hearing is the prime invitation.
We co-create a quiet space for deeper listening, sharing, moving the body, stretching and being together in ways that deeply nourishes us.

What women say
The women's circle are moments of rest, reflection and inspiration about my womanhood. It strengthens me, supports me and brings me so much joy. Irida creates a beautiful, necessary space, that I wish for every woman that longs for this.
It's nice to be supported by fellow women. To talk, to listen and then move and then come home with a rested mind body.
The women's circle has given me a community I have been longing for, as a woman and a mother, sharing life's highs and lows and really seeing and supporting one another. Irida offers a space where women can be themselves, share their wisdom and feel embodied through movement and sound.
